January-February-March Wrap Up!

Although 2020 had us all consumed with overwhelming uncertainty in life, school and work due to the pandemic, there were some highlights.  BHCFL’s annual 3-day Family Retreat Weekend was still able to take place. 80 acres is a beautiful way to socially distance. Our families had a blast camping, having movie night and bonfires, fishing and art, and just getting out in nature and relaxing among God’s Creation.

BHCFL has been a strong support for homeschooling families, and in 2021 we added more ways that we can be of service. In an effort to keep our youth and families engaged, we started a Science Club, Art Club, Youth Toastmasters Club, Parent Book Club, Science National Honor Society Club, and a WISE(Women in Science & Engineering) Club. We even adopted a calf this year named Pumpkin!

These clubs have been so much fun and such a blessing as we laugh and enjoy our brothers and sisters in the BHCFL Village. We are stronger together.
